Month to month with roll overs
We're flexible so you can come in when your schedule allows. As long as you are a paying month to month member, your credits roll over and you always enjoy the deeply discounted member rate. Any additional massages are also at your member rate.Play Catch Up!
Freeze
Take a break from payments for up to three months, once per year, in order to catch up on your credits without losing your credits. A once per month $10 charge applies in order to use your credits while on break.

Cancellation Notice
Please give two months noticeAs a small business, we are happy to provide you with an affordable program for self care. In return, we ask that you please give us two months notice when you know you are ready to cancel. In return we give you two months extra grace period after the final month of payment. For example, if you notify us to cancel in January, we will bill you for January and February, then you have March and April to use up any remaining credits.

Connection
Please give 24 hours notice if you need to cancel. This gives our massage therapists the opportunity to fill your spot. They are paid by the massage. If you need to reschedule the same day, the fee is half the price of the service. If you are sick or emergency, we understand, waived fee of course. If you do not show for your appointment and have not made any contact with us at all, we charge the full fee for that service.
